Guthrie is seeking a Phlebotomist I – Lab Collection in Sayre, PA. You will collect blood and other specimens with precise patient identification and labeling, supporting both inpatient and outpatient needs and ensuring timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience is desired.
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or basic anatomy preferred.
• Computer keyboard skills and navigation are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other specimens with accurate patient identification, labeling, handling, and transport.
• Support inpatient and outpatient lab needs, including specimen processing and lab orders.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations and communication while performing phlebotomy.
• May travel to perform specimen collections as needed.
