Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for our Bellingham, WA location to draw blood and prepare specimens for lab testing. The role involves direct patient interaction, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding safety and accuracy in all procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a phlebotomy license, and at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, with data-entry skills and preferred medical assistant/paramedic training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy License required.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy training (Medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• State of Credentials Licenses Required: MAP.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and explain procedures.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare for lab testing.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
• Perform daily activities under the area supervisor; maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Demonstrate leadership and process excellence in daily duties.
