Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I to join the Waterbury, CT team. You will collect specimens per procedures, assist with drug screens and biometric exams, and navigate lab tech systems to verify orders and enter data accurately.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with phlebotomy certification preferred. Medical training (MA/paramedic) is advantageous, and one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
Monday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotational Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
