Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a 5-month assignment in Bonita Springs, FL. The role runs Mon-Thu 6 am–3 pm and Saturdays 6 am–3 pm, with location at Bonita Springs, FL 34135.

The candidate should provide accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience is required and a high school diploma is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Job Description:

Additional Job Details:
The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
Overlapping roles do not count twice.
Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issue (bus, Uber, or rideshare is not reliable transportation).
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift. Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination
Candidates need to be within a 20-25 min commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.
If the candidate is bilingual, they must have an excellent understanding of both English and Spanish.
