Quest Diagnostics in Redding, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist I to join a Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30 to 4:30 with rotating weekends. The role offers a pay range of $21.80 - $23.75 per hour and potential annual performance bonus compensation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, medical training preferred, and phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA/NV/WA). One year phlebotomy experience and customer service experience are valued.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
