Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Petaluma, CA, to collect specimens and ensure accurate data entry. The position requires a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification in California. Preferred candidates will have experience in customer service and phlebotomy.
The role also demands effective communication skills and includes responsibilities such as processing specimens and maintaining logs. Excellent benefits, including medical and wellness programs, are offered for full-time employees.
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
Pay range: $24.10 - $28.75 / hour.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
