Job summary

East Side Clinical Laboratory, Inc. in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Phlebotomist for full-time hours. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and quality control, with expectations for excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical lab setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Bonus points for 2+ years of laboratory training or experience.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities
