Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team. You will perform venipuncture for patients of all ages, collect and prepare specimens, and help ensure accurate labeling and test orders.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role with 40 hours per week on 1st shift. We value safety, confidentiality, and high-quality care. Candidates should have phlebotomy training or experience, excellent communication, and basic data entry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
