Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is hiring a phlebotomist to perform venipuncture, capillary collections, and 12-lead EKGs for patients of all ages in a community setting.

You will use LIS to manage workflows, respond to service requests, and distribute reports while providing patient-centered care and supporting quality initiatives through thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• CPR-BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program with 100 hours of clinical site training.
• Strong soft skills such as customer service, multitasking, and collaboration.
