Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certificate from accredited school for Phlebotomy or 2+ years experience as Phlebotomist or MLA/PCT.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws by venipuncture for all ages.
• Monitor quality control on supplies and equipment.
• Enter laboratory orders and retrieve results in EHR/LIS.
• Provide excellent patient and customer service.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety standards are followed.
