Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float Casual to join our team in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas, including Green Valley. This casual/PRN position is up to 19 hours per week with hours varying Mon–Sat 7:00 am–6:00 pm.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection, data entry, billing support, and ensuring excellent patient service across multiple sites. Valid phlebotomy certification or training is required; driving and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Labcorp experience preferred.

• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float Casual to join our team in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas, to include, but not limited to Tucson and Green Valley.

Work Schedule:

This is a casual/PRN position for no more than 19 hours per week. Hours will be "as needed" but the start and end times will vary from Monday – Saturday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience as a phlebotomist
• Current or Prior Labcorp experience

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Float Incentive:

Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
