Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our lab team in Rio Grande Valley, TX. You will provide patient-focused venipuncture and specimen collection services in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include processing specimens, labeling, test ordering, and maintaining safety and quality standards. A High School Diploma and phlebotomy training are required; ASPT certification is a plus. Benefits include PTO, healthcare, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience (bonus).
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT) is a plus.
