Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist Float to join our lab team. This role involves traveling to multiple draw stations within New York, with a 40-hour work week and varying day shifts from Monday to Friday. A recruitment/retention bonus of up to $1,000 is available.
Responsibilities include phlebotomy, specimen processing, communicating results to patients, and maintaining supplies and records. CPR is preferred and 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience is expected.

Compensation: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour

High School graduate or equivalent with additional education desirable.
Minimum 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience.
Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
CPR certification is highly preferred.
Ability to use interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
