Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Chantilly, VA. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, collect specimens, and enter data accurately while supporting multiple sites.

This role offers travel to additional sites, a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, and a strong focus on customer service and teamwork within Labcorp’s patient-centered network.

Competenze

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00am - 7:00pm with rotating Saturdays, hours vary upon location.

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year or more experience as a phlebotomist

Additional Job Standards:

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
• Be at least 21 years' old

Pay Range:

- $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

Float Incentive:

Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
