Parachute is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the Griffin, GA donor floor. You will perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and support fast-paced daily operations in a lean team environment.

Responsibilities include setting up donor stations, guiding donors through the process, and collaborating with staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The role offers growth opportunities and benefits as part of a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends, regularly or as needed.
• 2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, medical field, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis.
• Support daily operations on the donor floor.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive environment for donors.
• Set up donor stations and ensure equipment is ready and calibrated.
• Contribute to process documentation and donor experience.
