Job summary

Talentify is seeking a phlebotomist to join our laboratory team in Oklahoma. The role performs routine phlebotomy duties and supports clerical tasks as needed, ensuring accurate labeling and specimen handling.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, weekdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with on-call weekend rotation. The ideal candidate has phlebotomy experience or completed an approved course, and strong communication and reliability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Phlebotomy experience or completion of an approved course.
• ASCP or NCA certification recommended.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work on occasion with minimal direct supervision.
• Never convicted of a criminal offense related to health care.
• Not listed by a federal agency as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in federally funded health care programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine phlebotomy duties.
• Screen incoming telephone calls and label specimens.
• Handle clerical duties and other functions as requested by the Laboratory Director, Laboratory Manager or Supervising Technologist.
• Order specific supplies and reagents as needed.
