Job summary

Join Parachute is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Statesville donor floor team. You will perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and support fast-paced daily operations in a growing plasma donation center.

We offer starting pay of $16/hour with monthly bonus potential plus comprehensive benefits. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and teamwork to create a welcoming donor experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends, regularly or as needed.
• 2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, medical field, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and support daily operations.
• Set up donor stations and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready.
• Create a welcoming environment for donors by guiding them through the process.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
