Job summary

Grifols is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team in Orange, CA. You will help ensure donor comfort, assess donor suitability, and respond to donor reactions while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, superior customer service, and flexibility to work varying shifts. State licensure or certifications may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness and donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment health to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
