Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist at our Missouri plasma center. The role focuses on donor suitability, comfort, and confidentiality, while supporting plasmapheresis procedures and safety protocols.

You will work in a fast-paced environment to help provide high-quality plasma products. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, reliability, and a commitment to patient care, with the ability to handle donor reactions and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work shifts.
• Licensures or certifications as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated equipment.
