Grifols in Moreno Valley, CA, seeks a Phlebotomist – We Train to join an international healthcare team. The role focuses on donor comfort, confidentiality, and precise plasmapheresis procedures in a plasma center.

You will handle donor suitability, set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment, and respond to donor reactions while maintaining safety. Excellent customer service and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
