Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist – We Train to join our Conway, AR plasma center. The role supports donor care, collection processes, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a busy facility.

You will establish rapport with donors, monitor donor well-being, perform phlebotomy tasks, and operate standard plasmapheresis equipment under supervision. A high school diploma or GED and a willingness to train are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
