Grifols, S.A. in Bryan, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train to join our plasma center team. You will assist in donor screening, establish rapport with donors, and help keep donors comfortable and happy throughout the donation process.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, willingness to work a flexible schedule, and ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable; training is provided to ensure safety and quality in every donation.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure health of donors and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
