Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist in the United States to join an international healthcare team. The successful candidate will help determine donor suitability, ensure donor comfort, and maintain confidentiality while supporting plasmapheresis processes.

The role requires a patient, reliable individual who can set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment, respond to donor reactions, and keep equipment and donors safe throughout the donation process. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment for donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
