Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train in Wichita, KS to support donor centers. You will assist in determining donor suitability, build rapport with donors, and respond to donor reactions while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can work a flexible schedule, and is committed to keeping donors comfortable and happy. Training is provided to operate automated plasmapheresis machines and manage equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
