Grifols, a global healthcare company, is hiring a phlebotomist– We Train in Council Bluffs, IA to join our plasma center team. You will assist in donor screening, establish rapport with donors, and ensure donor confidentiality while maintaining safety.

An HS diploma or GED is required, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, and you should be committed to making a difference in patients' lives. Training will be provided to operate plasmapheresis machines and handle donor reactions.

Mansioni

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment health to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Set up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
