Grifols seeks a Phlebotomist– We Train in Columbus, GA to support donor care and plasma collection. You will assist in donor suitability, build rapport with donors, and help keep donors comfortable while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, can work a flexible schedule, and will obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable. You will contribute to Grifols’ mission of providing plasma-derived medicines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
