Responsibilities

• Organizes, prioritizes, and obtains blood draw requests.
• Operates hospital tube system to receive specimens and distribute reports.
• Receives outpatient specimens and verifies patient information.
• Greets visitors, patients, customers, and staff at the reception area; handles calls.
