Job summary

Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. in Commack, NY is seeking a front-line Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and collect/prepare specimens. You will ensure accurate labeling and test orders while delivering excellent patient service.

The role offers a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri) with some Saturday hours, full-time benefits, and opportunities for growth within a leading clinical laboratory provider.

Qualifications

Location: 500 Commack Ave.

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm; Monday to Friday and 8:00am - 12:00pm; two Saturday's a month

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$24.00/hr

In This Role, You Will

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.

All You Need Is

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus Points If You’ve Got

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
