Atrium Health Floyd is seeking a Phlebotomist for its Rome, GA primary care setting. The role involves collecting blood samples from patients of all ages, processing paperwork, and ensuring quality control in a busy lab environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, formal phlebotomy training, licensure/certification (PBT/ASCP or equivalent), and at least one year of lab or physician’s office experience. Position is full-time, on site, with a 40-hour week.

The Phlebotomist receives orders for laboratory testing, collects blood from patients of any age or status and issues appropriate paperwork to the Advocate laboratory or outside for processing. He/she maintains the laboratory in an efficient working state and performs lab procedures while ensuring quality control.
