Job summary

East Side Clinical Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a phlebotomist to join Sonic Healthcare USA’s team. You will perform venipuncture, collect and prepare specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering while delivering exceptional care.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with 40 hours weekly in the Eastern and Central RI territory. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, retirement with a generous match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

Location: Eastern and Central Territory of RI
Days: Monday - Friday + weekend rotation
Hours: Range from an 8 hour shift between 7:30 - 6 (for Float roles - you must be available between 6:30-8pm for coverage)
Full-time: Benefit Eligible

We have full time and part time shifts available

In this role, you will:

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
