This clinical staff position is the face of the lab and their effort starts the whole laboratory process, providing phlebotomy draws with attention to patient comfort and the physician orders. Timely and accurate processing and documentation of the specimens impact the entire laboratory process.**Job Description:****QUALIFICATIONS****Education Required**: High School Diploma or equivalent.**Experience Required**: Phlebotomy experience or certification. **Experience Preferred**: At least one year of clerical or secretarial experience.**LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS** **Preferred**: Phlebotomy certification**Pay Range:**$21.00 - $28.26The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
