Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens following established procedures.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data as required.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and obtain consent.
• Package and transport specimens, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
