TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist 2 for a 3-month assignment in Bluffton, SC. Shift is Mon-Fri, 07:30-16:00 with rotating weekends; training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.

The role requires quality phlebotomy skills for pediatric and geriatric patients, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to cover multiple Patient Service Center/In-Office locations with short notice.

• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Work Experience

• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
