Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in East Syracuse, NY. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, ensuring accurate data entry and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include specimen preparation, billing support, and travel to additional sites as needed. A high school diploma or GED, plus phlebotomy certification and 6+ months of experience, are required. Pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour.

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 5000 Brittonfield Parkway, Suite A116, East Syracuse, NY.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Preferred Qualification

• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided with opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
