Job summary

American Health Associates in St. Louis, MO seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist to collect blood samples in patient homes, skilled nursing, and other facilities. You will work part-time with a flexible schedule and travel across the St. Louis area.

You'll perform venipuncture, verify patient identity, label specimens accurately, and document results while delivering compassionate patient care. A valid driver's license and 1 year phlebotomy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and age 21+.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

The role

Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We’re seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout St. Louis — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.

What your day looks like

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across St. Louis, MO
• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport
