Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our healthcare client network. The role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques across age groups, urine drug screen collections, and paternity sampling in diverse facilities.

You will perform breath and saliva alcohol testing, pediatric collections, and difficult draws in settings such as long-term care, prisons, or behavioral health facilities. Prior experience with LCM/Cyber Tools and TestCup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all ages.
• Urine drug screen collections.
• Paternity collections.
• Breath/saliva alcohol testing.
• Pediatric blood collections.
• Difficult draws in special facilities (e.g., long-term care, prisons, psychiatric facilities).
• Experience with LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup is a plus.
