Job summary

Dominion Diagnostics is seeking a Field Laboratory Phlebotomist for an addiction recovery clinic. The role involves collecting urine and some blood specimens, documenting accurately, and collaborating with a team of addiction recovery professionals.

Start date is 6/23/2026, with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm shifts and a 1-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate has phlebotomy experience, good communication and customer service skills, and comfortable using EMR systems; KIPU experience is a plus.

Description

This position is for a Field Laboratory Phlebotomist. This position covers an addiction recovery clinic that will collect and process urine and some blood specimens.

START DATE: 6/23/2026

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

(40 hours per week)

The phlebotomist will perform the following duties while delivering superior customer service:

• 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred*
• Collection of urine samples and complete all required paperwork with patient present.
• Perform blood draws on addiction recovery patients
• Take inventory of sampling supplies and ordering as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation.
• Follow HIPAA policies.
• Must work efficiently with a team of addiction recovery professionals.
