Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Pendleton, OR. The role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods across all ages, with duties spanning data entry, specimen handling, and patient service.

We offer the PST quarterly incentive program and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.Applicants should be prepared for possible travel to other sites and overtime as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred (6+ months) per the posting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Phlebotomist - PAML

PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Pendelton, OR Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, helping healthcare providers, researchers, and patients make informed decisions that advance care. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more months of phlebotomy experience
• 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy

Additional Job Standards

In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency

• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM

• PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
