Medical City North Hills, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy procedures, transport and process specimens, and support lab operations in a hospital setting.

You will greet patients, collect blood samples via finger sticks, heel sticks, or venipunctures, label specimens, and ensure accurate data entry. This role requires a focus on patient care and compliance with lab protocols.

Qualifikationen

• HR diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience or certification through a clinical phlebotomy program may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Acute care hospital experience is strongly preferred.
• Skilled phlebotomy technique; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Perform phlebotomy procedures to obtain specimens for laboratory testing. Transport, process, and perform clerical duties as necessary for testing patient samples.

Reports to: Lead Phlebotomist, Lab Manager and Laboratory Director.

What You Will Do in This Role
