Job summary

DOCS Health in Massachusetts is seeking Phlebotomists to support our military health readiness services. This role focuses on phlebotomy, immunizations, EKG, and basic vitals in a weekend and on-call capacity to serve reserve forces and mobile outreach programs.

Ideal candidates will have phlebotomy and CPR/BLS certifications, plus experience with clinical settings and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment on weekends.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy Certification - required.

Attention all Phlebotomists, we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Massachusetts on an "as needed basis".

Requirements

Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy /Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements

• Phlebotomy Certification - required
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
