Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Phlebotomist to draw blood from patients and donors in Newark, Delaware, across hospitals, clinics, and blood banks, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification if applicable, CPR if required, and at least 18 years old with preferred experience. This is a contract - full time position with weekly pay and benefits.

Job description

The Phlebotomist draws blood from patients or donors of allages in hospitals, clinics, blood banks, or similar facilities for analysis orother medical purposes.

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Successful completion of Phlebotomist training withsubsequent certification (if applicable) as a Phlebotomist
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
