One Brooklyn Health in New York, NY seeks a Phlebotomy Technician to perform venipuncture and basic micro techniques in accordance with procedures. You will label specimens, document times, and ensure proper handling and shipping of samples. Requires on-the-job or formal training, Phlebotomy Certification, and ability to work standing most of the day.
Excellent communication and patient care skills are essential. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Perform venipuncture blood collection and micro techniques in accordance with approved regulations and procedures.
