Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a qualified phlebotomist to join our team in McMinnville, TN. You will perform venipuncture and collect/prepare non-blood specimens while ensuring accurate labeling, processing, and test ordering.

We value patient-centered service, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical lab environment. Training and benefits are provided, with emphasis on quality control and confidentiality of PHI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior phlebotomy training or experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills helpful.

Responsibilities

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 9am-5pm

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In This Role, You Will

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.

• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All You Need Is

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus Points If You’ve Got

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
