Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our donor floor team in Morristown, TN. You will perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and support daily operations alongside center staff in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in phlebotomy, a high school diploma or equivalent, and is able to lift 50 pounds. We offer a starting wage of $16/hour plus monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Weekend availability.
• 2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, medical field, or customer service.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Phlebotomist, you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, and a critical part of the donor experience. You will be responsible for performing venipuncture for plasmapheresis and supporting our fast-paced daily operations, working collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors.
