Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a phlebotomist for the Morristown, TN area to join our frontline healthcare team. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and collect/prepare non-blood specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and proper test orders.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and quality control in a fast-paced laboratory setting, reporting to the Laboratory Operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training or experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer‑focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
