Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostic testing, seeks a Phlebotomist to join our Louisville clinic. Work schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with potential overtime, performing blood collections, collecting specimens, data entry, and basic administrative duties.

You will travel to additional sites as needed; minimum qualification is a high school diploma; preferred Phlebotomy certification and 6+ months of experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success.

• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a Clinic in Louisville, CO 80027. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, additional hours/days may be requested in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• 6 or more months of experience as a Phlebotomist

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.

Pay Range: $21.73 to $28.49 per hour
