Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Operations team. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering while delivering exceptional patient care.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a leading clinical laboratory solutions provider.

This opportunity is:

• Location: Little Rock, AR 72212


• Days: Monday-Friday


• Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


• Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.

• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Previous phlebotomy training or experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you've got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing


• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
