Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, specimen collection for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests, data entry, billing, and maintaining logs.

Travel to additional sites may be required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training (or 3 months of experience).

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The role will involve blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, specimen collection for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, data entry, billing, specimen preparation, patient and specimen information logs, and customer service. Administrative and clerical duties may also be required, and the employee may need to travel to additional sites.

Additional Job Standards

• Phlebotomy certification or training program must come from an accredited agency.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
