Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to provide essential services to military members in Montana. The role primarily involves working weekends and performing blood draws, immunizations, and EKGs.

Qualified candidates must hold a Phlebotomy Certification and CPR/BLS Certification, be comfortable in fast-paced environments, and ideally have experience working with military or mobile medical services. A background check and drug screening will be required if a conditional offer is made.

• Utilize universal precautions for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy.
• Administer immunizations.
• Conduct EKG tests.
• Record manual vitals and vision.

Attention all Phlebotomists, we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Montana on an "as needed basis".

Requirements

Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy /Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Qualified Candidates

• Phlebotomy Certification - required
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
