Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Phlebotomist to join our patient-care team. You will collect blood samples via venipuncture, heel-stick and finger-stick while ensuring sample integrity and patient comfort.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and either completed an accredited phlebotomy course with clinical experience or have one year of phlebotomy work. Compensation ranges from USD 18.66 to USD 30.79 per hour and benefits apply.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
